Your satisfaction is assured by our Triple Assurance Policy*

• We provide inexpensive pre-processing carding tests for fine wool fibers.
• We will buy your fleece if our processing does not meet your expectations.
• We insure your fibers against loss by acts of nature, fire, and theft.

*Our Triple Assurance Policy Conditions:

Pre-process tests are limited to Cormo, Rambouillet and Merino samples not greater than 4 oz. Cost is $15.00 per sample, which includes return USPS ground shipping to mainland USA, other addresses may cost more.

1. If you have taken advantage of our pre-processing tests, our non yarn liability is limited to $10.00/lb, $200.00 maximum, finished weight.

2. If you have not taken advantage of our pre-processing tests, our non yarn liability is limited to $5.00/lb, $100.00 maximum, finished weight

3. Our liability for fibers taken to yarn is limited to $10.00/lb, 30 lbs maximum in the yarn state.

You must send the fibers in question to us at your expense and they must be in our posession prior renumeration. Such fibers will remain the property of Ozark Carding Mill LLC. Disputes or disagreements will be referred to a certified third party of our choosing.

Fibers in our possession are insured against loss by fire, theft, vandalism or natural disasters; our liability is limited to $5.00/lb for any weight of fiber. You must provide documentation of delivery to Ozark Carding Mill from your freight carrier or post office to receive renumeration.
