Money-back guarantee
We back our workmanship with a conditional money-back guarantee, provided you send us good, strong, vegetation free fiber. Our guarantee is extended to our workmanship, not to the quality of your fiber.

Pre-washed wool
Pre-washed fibers are welcome, however, we reserve the right to re-wash fibers that do not meet our cleanliness standards at additional charge.

Unprocessable Fibers
Fibers with excessive vegetation or bug infestations of any kind, are not processable

Payment
We require payment before shipping your processed fiber to you. You can send a check with your raw fiber, or we will notify you of the amount due by mail or email. We offer 10% off all processing, including yarn orders, if you prepay the order upon receipt of our estimate. You will have 10 business days to respond. No orders will start processing without payment of the estimate. Any overages will be refunded at time of shipping.

Orders not paid within 45 days after date of invoice, become the property of Ozark Carding Mill LLC.
